Install floor beams, fit and install trim items such as doors, and windows. • Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures. • Operates carpentry tools such as power and manual planes, saws, routers, shapers, drills, etc. Successful candidates will demonstrate the following qualifications: • Candidates are expected to have a good attitude and like working with others. • Be punctual and self-motivated. • Physical ability/willingness to do heavy work, work at required heights, in all types of weather. Candidates with a background in both framing and siding are preferred. English is the language used on the job site.Position Details:This position is permanent, full-time. The salary depends on experience, ranging from $36.50 to $43.50 per hour. Overtime is paid at a rate of $54.75 to $65.25 per hour for any hours worked beyond 8 hours per day, in addition to 4% vacation pay.
