  Job Description

Key responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and quotas.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff.
    • Assign sales territories and set individual targets.
    • Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales representatives. 


      Sales Training and Development:

        • Provide ongoing training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
        • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance team skills. 
        • Coach and mentor individual sales reps to improve performance. 


        Sales Strategy and Planning:

          • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities. 
          • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and customer acquisition.

          Set sales goals and quotas for the team. 

            • Customer Relationship Management:
            • Ensure excellent customer service is provided by the sales team.
            • Resolve customer complaints and address concerns effectively.
            • Build strong relationships with key clients and maintain customer loyalty. 


          Operational Management:

            • Monitor sales activity and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
            • Track sales data and generate reports for management.
            • Manage sales team schedules and work assignments. 


          Required Skills:

          • Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to motivate, inspire, and effectively communicate with a sales team.
          • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and the sales cycle.
          • Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze sales data and identify trends to inform decision-making.
          • Customer Service Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
          • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve sales challenges.


          Relevant Experience:

          • Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role, ideally within the relevant industry.
          • Experience in managing and developing sales teams.
          • Strong knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems
