We are looking for a US Taxation/ Tax Reviewer to join our team. You will be responsible for all aspects of the US tax compliance process including provision work and reporting and federal and state income tax audits. In addition this role will be responsible for the preparation of various sales tax retus which are outsourced and management of the federal and state sales tax audit process.

This position assists and reports to the US Tax Manager. All tasks will be in close cooperation with the US businesses US Tax Group Tax Finance Legal and the Retail M&A team.

Job Roles & Responsibilities -

  • Review Individual (1040) Trust (1041) Partnership (1065) and Corporate Tax retu (1120) prepared by Tax Preparer.
  • Having knowledge of Form 5471 5472 1116 2555 4797 8938 GILTI Like-Kind Exchange & Tax Reforms.
  • Filed corporate tax retus using TurboTax
  • Tax analysts is responsible for  reviewing and collect the payment .
  • Should have experience in preparing and filing the tax retus.
  • Well an expert on research skills for completing the complex Tax Retus.
  • Identified and Implementation of appropriate Scope of tax saving and advise the tax planning.
  • Handle and resolve tax Query from their team
  • The ideal candidate will have a background in business finance accounting or tax
  • Knowledge of tax laws tax concepts and familiarity with form 1040 and schedules
  • Prepare and review federal and state tax retus.
  • Ensure accurate timely filing of federal state and local income tax retus and other business-related filings.
  • Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and state taxes
  • Plan for and develop an overall retu calendar and coordinate timing
  • Manage IRS and state income tax audits: preparing responses creating schedules etc.
  • Stay current on legislative and regulatory tax law developments communicate the effects of these developments to clients
  • Provide support for special tax-related projects
  • Prepare/review tax retus and quarterly/yearly tax projections
  • Excellent working knowledge of QuickBooks (Desktop and Online) Pro Series.
  • Assist with all general accounting functions joual entry preparation and posting inter-company and any other related transaction cycles.
  • Create and maintain QuickBooks Online company data. Understand the account and company setup steps and maintain a general knowledge of the major areas of The QuickBooks Online application.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Proven ability to calculate post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Credit card expense tracking
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Preparing the company payroll along with holidays record and outsourcing service providers payments.
  • Excellent working knowledge in using MS Excel

Requirements: -

  • Should have experience minimum 2-3 years in this U.S. taxation
  • Strong understanding and skill set with TURBOTAX application software (Excel Word PowerPoint) Knowledge
  • Individual/corporate/partnership/trust tax knowledge
  • Large or medium-sized firm with concentrated tax experience
  • Strong accounting analytical and research skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of tax code compliance and procedures for individuals corporations partnerships and trusts
  • Familiarity with U.S. federal state and local reporting requirements
  • Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration
