System Adminsistrator & IT Support

• Windows platform
• Windows Domain Controller Active Directory Sync Group Policies User Management RDS Sessions
• Accounting Software installation and management (QB Drake Creative solutions all Solutions)
• Technical support for both hardware and software issues our user systems
• Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability conces
• Create and verify backups of data
• Respond to and resolve help desk requests
• Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
• Administrate infrastructure including firewalls VPN configurations malware protection software and other processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500 000.00 - ₹900 000.00 per year
