Fraser Valley Wireless is seeking a Retail Store Manager to manage and oversee the daily operations of its Vancouver retail location specializing in wireless telecommunications products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for staff management, inventory control, sales performance, budgeting, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced wireless and electronics retail environment offering Rogers and Shaw products and services.

Key Responsibilities

                     Direct, control, evaluate, and plan daily store operations

                     Plan and organize daily retail activities and ensure smooth store operations

                     Manage staff schedules and assign duties to retail sales associates

                     Analyze market research and trends to assess consumer demand, sales

                     potential and competitor impact

                     Determine merchandise and telecommunications services to be sold, including      wireless devices, accessories, and service plans

                     Implement pricing, promotional, and credit policies.

                     Monitor activation of wireless services, device upgrades, and customer account services for Rogers and Shaw products.

                     Locate, select, and procure wireless devices, accessories, and related merchandise for resale

                     Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase store traffic and sales

                     Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to meet business targets

                     Determine staffing requirements and participate in recruiting, hiring, and training employees

                     Resolve operational issues including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages

                     Supervise daily retail operations and ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards

                     Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve sales performance

Supervision

Supervises 3–4 retail sales employees
