Ela! Greek Taverna is looking for an experienced Line Cook for our restaurant located at 150 Hector Gate, Dartmouth Crossing, Dartmouth B3B 0E6.The ideal candidate must have:Good knowledge of EnglishAt least 2 years of work experience , preferably in Greek kitchenSecondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experienceDuties of the position: Determine the size of food portions and costs Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances Inspect kitchens and food service areas Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food Order supplies and equipment Supervise kitchen staff and helpers Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Clean kitchen and work areasSalary is between $18 to $20 depends the experience for full time employment of at least 32 hours per week.Please send us your resume at elagreektavernajobs@gmail.com Only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview
