Job title: Programme and Partnership Lead

Reporting to: Director

Location: Vikhroli (West), Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working days: Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm, 4 hours every Saturday

Preferred Qualifications:

● Graduate/Postgraduate in education/ child studies and/or
● Minimum 6 years experience in teacher training/curriculum development/program management

Role Summary:

The Programme and Partnership Lead is responsible for providing strong leadership while driving the Udaan objectives. She/he will work with the programme officers to ensure efficacy and efficiency in programmes, in addition to managing educational and corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibility Areas:

1. Strategy, Planning and Compliance

· Support leadership team in developing programme plans to ensure that organization is making timely progress toward its strategic goals

· Support financial planning (budgeting) and strategy

· Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies

· Ensure organization meets overall compliance requirements

2. Programme and Partnership Management

· Create and liaison with a think tank to enhance Udaan’s objectives

· Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management

· Actively seek new corporate partnerships and create grants and proposals for potential partners

· Lead corporate relationships, and consistently innovate to grow employee engagements

· Identify educational and financial partners and forge partnerships to enhance programme outcomes

· Manage programme objectives implementation on a daily basis with programme officers

· Provide leadership for all co-scholastic events and activities across all programmes

· Lead/ oversee volunteer management at Udaan

· Provide quarterly updates to corporates by creating impact reports across programmes

· Maintain and manage charity partner relationships

3. Monitoring and Evaluation

· Review data management at Udaan and create efficient data collation and analysis systems.

· Lead the process of data digitalization for efficient retrieval and storage across youth and children programmes

· Support, review and implement a robust monitoring and evaluation system to ensure tracking of programme results at different levels (outputs, outcomes and impact) along with the Director

· Lead the recording of quantitative and qualitative impact at Udaan ( including MSC, testimonials, impact stories)

· Lead the qualitative impact measurement of volunteering at Udaan

· Maintain a proper filing/storage system for all M&E resources including data, reports and SOPs

· Develop and record a reporting framework for the programmes and corporates along with the Director

4. Stakeholder Management

· Develop effective stakeholder management strategies to enhance impact of the programmes

· Support in improving and creating content of marketing collaterals -. annual report, website for effective stakeholder communication

· Lead social media management at Udaan

Skill set required

  • Previous working experience in managing partner relationships
  • Outstanding verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
