DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITY:

Determine each potential customer's car requirements by listening and asking questions in order to provide outstanding customer care.
Use referral networks and prospecting to find new clients in order to grow the company's clientele and attract new business.
Vehicle demonstrations, including test drives, and the sale of both new and used automobiles.
Recognize the jargon used in the automotive industry and stay up-to-date on technical advancements in all inventories and products.
Learn all there is to know about each product, including its features, specs, costs, colors, choices, and standard equipment. Take advantage of all available product training.
Assist Porsche Centre Richmond in building a foundation of customer loyalty by delivering new and used cars to clients and making sure they comprehend the vehicle's operational capabilities, warranty, and documentation.
Establish monthly productivity targets and devise a strategy to achieve them.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:


A fan of Porsche!
Strong interpersonal skills: the capacity to interact with others, absorb and comprehend information, and do so while being quite professional.
the capacity to collaborate successfully at all organizational levels.
strong computer abilities (internet and Microsoft Office), as well as the capacity to use a computerized system to keep records.
Strong negotiating abilities and the capacity to make wise choices that are in line with the fundamental duties of the position.
Work experience with luxury brands is desirable.
a valid VSA MDC license.
a solid driving record and a current driver's license from British Columbia.
