Job Description and Responsibilities:

 

·         Manage and execute residential & commercial plumbing projects, coordinating with builders and other trades

·         Effectively manage timelines to ensure timely task completion

·         Coordinate work schedules of staff or other trades

·         Requisite plumbing materials and supplies

·         Read blueprints and plan plumbing layouts

·         Pull permits and liaise with plumbing inspectors

·         Ensure safety standards and manage site cleanup

 

Skills Requirements:

  • 4+ years of plumbing experience
  • Experience assembling piping systems including water piping, drainage piping, exhaust venting, heating systems

·         Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools and specialized tools related to the plumbing, heating and gas trade

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in all spaces

 

Education Requirements:

 

  • Journeyman plumber license (Red Seal Certification required)
  • Plumbing level 1,2,3,4
