Job Duties: 

  • Organize, plan, lead, oversee, and assess a department's activities and requirement for inventory.
  • Oversee and counsel employees who work in buying, finance, security, records management, or other administrative services.
  • Manage the organization's corporate governance and regulatory compliance processes.
  • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
  • Place orders to replenish inventory avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
  • Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trustworthy relationships.
  • Recruit, train and oversee training for the inventory management staff.
  • Prepare inventory reports and keep them updated.

Requirement:

  • Completion of High School is required.
  • Post secondary education and/or minimum one year of experience in the field.
