Le poste :

Sous la responsabilité de la directrice des soins infirmiers, vous superviserez et accompagnerez une équipe de travail sur le terrain afin d’assurer une prestation de services sûre et cohérente. Afin de favoriser un milieu de vie répondant aux besoins de la clientèle et à son bien-être, vous travaillerez en interdisciplinarité avec l’ensemble du personnel du Centre Le Royer. Vous serez un acteur essentiel dans le développement d’un environnement de partenariat avec les familles, les membres des autres directions et le réseau de la santé. À titre de supérieur immédiat, vous assumerez le coaching du personnel et les assisterez dans leur développement et dans les situations complexes pour ainsi assurer un service de qualité et sécuritaire. Votre leadership de proximité encourage la relation de confiance avec la clientèle et sa famille.

Les requis :

  • Un permis de pratique en règle de l’OIIQ ;
  • Un Baccalauréat en sciences infirmières ou un Baccalauréat comportant trois (3) certificats admissibles dont deux (2) certificats reconnus en soins infirmiers.

Un atout :

  • Une maîtrise ou une formation complémentaire en gestion.
