We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Ice Cream Maker to join our dynamic team. As an Ice Cream Maker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ice cream production process by performing a variety of essential duties. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards will contribute to the creation of delightful ice cream products loved by our customers.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Handling Ingredients: You'll be measuring and carefully transferring ingredients into hoppers of mixing or mobile tank trucks, making sure to follow precise recipes and procedures to maintain that perfect product consistency our customers love.
Operating Machines: Get ready to have some fun operating food and beverage processing machines to load and unload ingredients as part of the ice cream-making process.Packaging and Quality Control: As part of our quality assurance team, you'll be removing filled containers from conveyors and manually packing goods into bags, boxes, or containers. Plus, you'll get to inspect products and packaging to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
Work Area Care: We take pride in keeping our work environment clean and organized, and you'll be an essential part of this effort by regularly cleaning work areas and equipment. Supporting Process Control and Operators: Teamwork makes the dream work, right? You'll be collaborating with our process control and machine operators, providing assistance to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred not required.
Some experience (1-2 years) in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Ability to follow precise instructions and recipes to ensure product consistency and quality.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Familiarity with basic safety practices and protocols within a production environment.
Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
