Position: Grounds Maintenance Worker (NOC 8612/ 85121)

Job Description: We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Grounds Maintenance Worker to contribute to the upkeep and beautification of various outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tasks such as lawn care, planting, pruning, and general maintenance duties.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine landscaping and groundskeeping tasks.

2. Mow lawns, trim edges, and maintain outdoor spaces to ensure they are visually appealing.

3. Plant, water, and care for flowers, shrubs, and trees.

4. Assist in the installation of irrigation systems and maintain their proper functioning.

5. Use a variety of hand and power tools to perform grounds maintenance activities.

6. Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Some previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, construction, or similar industry (preferably 1 year).

Knowledge of plants, horticulture, and landscaping techniques.

The ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools is preferable.

Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
