Job Title: Fish Plant Worker (NOC: 94142)

Wage: 17 /hr for 30-35 hrs per week

Vacancy: 1 vacancy

Duties:

– Unloading fish from fishing vessels and transporting to work area inthe fish processing plant.

–Cut and clean whole fish for further processing

– Setting up and operating machines to clean, cut, process andpackage fresh fish products in accordance with our operating procedures for safety and quality.

– Weighing fish, recording weight and packaging materials throughoutplant and storage area manually with power equipment.

– Check products and packaging for quality assurance and to ensureconformance to our company’s high standards, making adjustment asneeded. – Cutting, cleaning, trimming, filleting and scaling fish

– Checking fish fillets to determine optimal number and size of filletsections.

– Cutting sections according to specifications and placing them incontainers for weighing.
