 Job Description:

 

-        Plan crop growth and development by considering factors such as water saturation, light exposure, and temperature requirements.

-        Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers to maintain productivity.

-        Organize day-to-day tasks to ensure the timely and efficient completion of farm operations.

-        Supervise and oversee growing and crop-related operations

-         Enforce farm safety protocols and biosecurity procedures to protect workers and crops,

-         Maintain accurate records related to quality control and crop production

-        Operate and perform routine maintenance on farm machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

-        Carry out general farm duties as needed and assist in achieving goals.
