The ideal candidate will be responsible for tasks such as lawn care, planting, pruning, and general maintenance duties.Key Responsibilities:1. Perform routine landscaping and groundskeeping tasks.2. Mow lawns, trim edges, and maintain outdoor spaces to ensure they are visually appealing.3. Plant, water, and care for flowers, shrubs, and trees.4. Assist in the installation of irrigation systems and maintain their proper functioning.5. Use a variety of hand and power tools to perform grounds maintenance activities.6. Plant, fertilize, thin and harvest cropsPick row cropsSort, weigh and pack baby/micro greens at the greenhouseLoad, unload and transfer crates, supplies, farm produce and products for transportClean up racks, trays, and harvest bins and general clean up of growing, producing and packing areasAssist with general farm maintenance and maintenance of equipment and toolsMay assist in preparing vertical farming beds for plantingMay write daily progress reports of inventory harvested.
