Eighty Five Lube Services Inc. dba Mr. Lube located at 6811 Hastings Street, Burnaby, BC, V5B 1S7 is looking for full time/ permanent Customer Service Supervisor-retail to be a part of team as soon as possible.

Duties:

  • Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Teach interest or professional development courses
  • Authorize payments by cheque
  • Exhibit designers plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces and other exhibitions
  • Establish work schedules
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
