Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate subcontractors activities
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
  • Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
  • Plan and manage budgets
  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Develop risk management plans
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information
  • Prepare reports

Job Details:

  • Employment Type: Full-time, year-round
  • Pay: Starting at $32.00 per hour
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week
  • Overtime: 1.5 times the regular rate for hours worked over 8 hours per day and 44 hours per week.
  • Vacation Pay: 4% of base wages
  • Vacation: Two weeks of paid vacation per year

Requirements:

  • At least 2 year of construction experience and project management.
  • Graduated Bachelor's Degree.
  • Good team working, heavy workload, work in tight deadline and be able to work outside.
  • Ability to work efficiently and with attention to detail.
  • Computer and technology knowledge: Tablet computer, SketchUp
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
