The responsibilities for this position will be:

· Promoting the school in the best possible way by providing customer service excellence to parents and visitors.

· Co-ordinate and lead school tours for prospective parents and visitors, promoting the Kïdo Kid USPs and presenting the school in the best possible way, to ensure the school achieves or exceeds the enrolment targets.

· Lead the parent journey, mapping and measuring customer service, at all points support Kïdo Kid brand promise and encourage parent endorsement, Marketing.

· Develop and update communication channels, such as newsletters and social media (e.g., Facebook and Instagram) in accordance with the Kïdo Kid Marketing Strategy to promote the school to both existing and potentially new parents.

· Promote the school by identifying newsworthy stories for the media and PR opportunities.

· Guide and regularly review signages, collaterals, touch points etc., and ensure that the school meets Kïdo Kid branding guidelines as defined and stipulated by Corporate Office.

· Conduct research into the marketplace, monitoring changes and developments.

· Organize parent/community events in order to engage parents at promoting school brand awareness and enhance enrolments.

· In conjunction with the Country Lead Operation and the Corporate team, assist with the development and implementation of the school marketing strategy as a key driver of enrolments and ensuring all marketing material, including digital communication is always current.

· In collaboration with the Country Lead Operation, develop an events calendar to support the enrolment activities for the academic year.

· Activate Corporate tie ups as community creche.

Requirements

  • We are looking for an excellent communicator to join us as a Centre Head based in Pune who will be responsible for building and maintaining trusting relationships with our clients.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing, counseling experience
  • The successful candidate will be expected to undergo a background check and provide references.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
