Carpenter Helper

What’s the job?You will be installing windows patio doors and exterior doors in multifamily homes and assisting our Carpenters while you grow your skills. We have large long term multifamily projects where we are doing exterior restorations. Some of the tasks/skills include but aren’t limited to:Window/Door installationFraming and decay repairCaulking and foamingInstalling interior and exterior trimSheathing and paperingBe comfortable working off of scaffoldingDemonstrate knowledge of building envelope detailsQualifications we’re looking for from candidates:1+ years of carpentry/construction experiencePunctual and reliableWanting to leaWhere are the sites? • Framing and decay repair
• Caulking and foaming
• Installing interior and exterior trim
• Sheathing and papering
• Be comfortable working off of scaffolding
• Demonstrate knowledge of building envelope details

Qualifications we’re looking for from candidates:

• 1+ years of carpentry/construction experience
• Punctual and reliable
• Wanting to lea
