We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced agronomist and farm manager for our indoor vertical hydroponics farm located in Bengaluru.
Responsibilities
1.Manage and oversee all aspects of the hydroponic farm and work in crop planning, execution and overall farm operations.
2. Monitor and maintain plant health through proper nutrient and water management
3. Working on economics, cost of cultivation, and implementation measures to improve farm productivity.
4. Collect and analyse data on crop growth and development and provide recommendations for improvements
5. Develop and implement strategies for maximising crop yield and quality.
6. Maintain accurate record of farm activities and production metrics
7. Manage and train farm staff.
8. R&D on different varieties of crops to be grown inside the farm.
9. collaborate with marketing and sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture or related field.
2. 1 + years of experience in farming.
3. Strong knowledge of plant nutrition and growth requirements
4. Ability to work in a team environment
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
6. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Job OverviewWe seek dedicated, hardworking individuals to join our family farm operation in Neepawa, Manitoba. As a farm technician/worker, you will play a crucial role in our agricultural operations, assisting in various tasks to ensure the successful planting, growing, and harvesting of crops such as wheat, canola, soybeans, beans, sunflowers and corn.
