XIYASI Canada Enterprise Ltd. (Husky Gas Station) is conveniently located right by the Sea-to-Sky Highway, providing services to Squamish residents as well as people traveling to Whistler. We are the Number 7437 branch of Husky Gas and provide top quality fuels along with a wide range of convenient services including beverage, snacks, coffee, meals and more. Situated in Squamish, a widely visited community with many recreational activities for anyone to enjoy, we work to ensure that people not only receive their necessities, but also leave feeling happy and revitalized for their journey ahead.

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant. This position is taking charge of streamlining office operations, managing communications, maintaining records, and facilitating effective workflow within a bustling gas station environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·         Compose and revise emails, billing documents, promotional materials, and reports from both verbal directions and handwritten notes.

·         Manage the receipt and distribution of both physical and electronic correspondence, ensuring effective communication across teams and with external entities.

·         Organize and verify schedules for staff shifts and deliveries.

·         Procure and track office and store supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and functional environment.

·         Field calls and digital inquiries, ensuring accurate and prompt routing of messages.

·         Develop and maintain both digital and manual record-keeping systems.

·         Formulate and refine office and store protocols to optimize workflow.

·         Welcome and direct visitors and customers, determining their needs and directing them appropriately.

·         Document and organize records of transactions and customer interactions.

·         Collect and process information and data to support operational improvements.

·         Assist the General Manager, Supervise and train new staff.

·         Make reservation and arrange the appointment for the Director.

 

 

 

Skills & Qualifications

·         Graduation from secondary school is required.

·         A one- or two-year college program for administrative professionals or equivalent clerical experience is necessary.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
