Position: Accounting technicians and bookkeepers

Location: 1500 – 160 Bloor Street East Toronto, ON Canada M4W 2R3

Type: Permanent, Full-time  - 37.5 hours per week

Salary: $25.00-$30.00/hour

Responsibilities

Tasks

·       Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll

·       Calculate fixed assets and depreciation

·       Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems

·       Maintain general ledgers and financial statements

·       Post journal entries

·       Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports

·       Prepare tax returns

·       Prepare trial balance of books

·       Reconcile accounts

·       Maintain financial records

·       Complete insurance and other claim form
