Responsibilities
Tasks
• Procure merchandise to ensure stock levels meet demand and customer needs.
• Authorize and process the return of merchandise, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with store policies.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing merchandise, providing detailed product information and recommendations.
• Resolve any issues that arise, such as customer requests, complaints, or supply shortages, in a timely and efficient manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Organize, monitor, and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and replenished as needed.
• Manage cash flow, including processing transactions, balancing registers, and ensuring accuracy in all financial operations.
• Supervise and coordinate office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
