Job Description:
1.Prepare and submit reports

Job Requirements:
•Has cap tube operator level II skills and knowledge.
•Complex problem solving – Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
•Judgement and decision making – Consider the costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
•Instructing – Teaching subordinates to learn and experience new machines, tools and equipment.
•Management of personnel resources – Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work. Identify people skills and abilities and matching them with work related activities.
•Education and training – knowledge of principles and methods of teaching and instruction for individuals and groups. Can objectively measure employee competence.
•Production and processing – knowledgeable in raw materials, production processes, quality control cost and other technique for maximized manufacturing effectiveness and distribution of products.
