Job Duties:

·         Communicating electronically or in person with the software users facing difficulties.

·         Execute solutions with references from guides, manual and other documents.

·         Provide advice and real time assistance to the user.

·         Perform follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

·         Collect information and maintain problems & solutions log for the users.

·         Maintain records of daily communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken.

·         Can redesign document or user manual if required.

·         Assist clients with the installation of upgrades.

·         Provide proper network, internet support to the users.

 Requirements:

·         Completion of Secondary School education is required.

·         Post-Secondary Education in the field is required.

•        No Work Experience required.
