sq. ft. manufacturing plant where all the production, packaging and blending of
tea occur. Van Cheong Tea is a stable growing and vibrant entity, which the
owners and its employees are working in joint efforts to elevate the company to

superior quality and new blends. To facilitate in achieving these goals, we
have our specialists stationed on the manufacturing plant, working diligently
daily to come up with fresher products.
Tasks
·
Allocate material, human and financial resources
to implement organizational policies and programs
·
Authorize and organize the establishment of
major departments and associated senior staff positions
·
Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or
departments
·
Establish objectives for the organization and
formulate or approve policies and programs
·
Represent the organization, or delegate
representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other
official functions
·
Select middle managers, directors or other
executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum
working conditions
·
Require supervising up to 20 people
·
Relationship management among distributors
Requirements
·
Strong background in marketing & management
·
Minimum college diploma education
·
3-5 years of experience is required
·
Deep understanding of brand management
Wage and Hours
·
41.50/hour & 35 hours/week
· 4% vacation pay
