Tasks

• Configured and maintained routers and network devices and secured network for hotel operations.
• Diagnosed and resolved guest and staff connectivity issues promptly.
• Implemented security measures to safeguard and the hotel network preventing unauthorized access and threats.
• Provide technical support to hotel staff, addressing network-related concerns.
• Set up and install new hardware.
• Managed network hardware and software.
• Monitored network performance and resolved issues to ensure function smoothly.
• Perform data backups.
