Seoul House Korean Restaurant in Vancouver, BC, has two open positions for Cooks.

Job details are as follows:

Location of employment: 100 – 1215 West Broadway, Vancouver, BC, V6H 1G7

Job Type: Full time and Permanent

Starting date: as soon as possible

Salary : $18.00 per hour, 35 hours per week

Tasks:
– Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
– Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
– Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
– Inspect kitchens and food service areas
– Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
– Order supplies and equipment
– Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
– Clean kitchen and work areas
– Organize and manage buffets and banquets
– Manage kitchen operations
