Job description:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and serve food in a quick-serve restaurant environmetn. Train staff in job duties, sanitiaton, safety, and operation procedures. Estimate and order ingredients. Reconcile sales transactions. Maintain records and report to managment on a regular basis. Ensure food quality and high levels of service are met. Address customer complaints or concerns.
