Job Duties:

staff and food service workers

Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely

Maintain food quality and portion control

Schedule work shifts and monitor staff

Resolve customer complaints or concerns

Ensure compliance with health and safety
regulations

Maintain inventory and order supplies as

Clean kitchen and work areas

Monitor food stock and place orders when needed
·
Ensure quality and presentation standards are
met

Job Duties:

Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling
dishes
·
Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruits
·
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils,
and work areas

Wash dishes, pots and pans manually or using
dishwasher
·
Receive and store food supplies and stock
fridges and shelves
·
Remove garbage and clean kitchen garbage
containers
·
Sweep and mop floors and perform general
cleaning tasks
