Position Summary:

The Nail Spa Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the salon’s operations, with a focus on service excellence, staff leadership, and business performance. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day salon operations to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional client service.

- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise nail technicians and support staff.

- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with industry and government regulations.

- Oversee budgeting, inventory management, and coordination with product suppliers.

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and customer loyalty programs.

- Address client concerns promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Monitor business performance metrics and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
