1) Oversee the promotion of property sale of company and generate leads. Recruit brokers/Referrers for lead generation.
2) Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties of company.
3) Arrange site visits of the prospects and clients interested.
4) Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
5) Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
6) Any other sales or back office related work assigned by company from time to time.
