Job description:

Organize the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar.

Clean the bar area and wash glassware.

Serve food or snacks.

Collect cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment.

Operate cash register, record and balance sales.

Store beverage and food products.

Order stock and maintain inventory.

Prepare mixed.

Take beverage orders from the serving staff or directly from patrons.
