Brite Future Enterprises Corp. o/a Molly Maid in North Vancouver, BC, is looking for 1 Cleaning Supervisor.

Job details are as follows:

Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Location of employment: North Vancouver, BC

Number of position: 1

Job Type: Full time and Permanent

Starting date: as soon as possible

Salary: $30.00 per hour, 35 hours per week

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Languages: English

Tasks:

• Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff
  
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment
• Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
• Assist cleaners in performing duties
• Establish work schedules

Supervision:

• 3-4 people
• 5-10 people
