Job Details:

As a retail store supervisor, you'll manage daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and merchandising. You'll lead and motivate the team, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving issues. You'll oversee cash handling, sales tracking, and staff scheduling. Additionally, you'll conduct training, enforce store policies, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Your goal will be to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
      

·         Supervising staff (apprentices, stage hands, design team, etc.)

·         Assigning sales workers to duties

·         Hiring and training or arranging for training of staff

·         Exhibiting designers planning and developing permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces, and other exhibitions

·         Ordering merchandise

·         Authorizing return of merchandise

·         Establishing work schedules

·         Selling merchandise

·         Preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

·         Resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages

·         Organizing and maintaining inventory

·         Supervising and coordinating activities of workers

·         Managing cash


Requirements:

 

·         Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

·         Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
