Job description:

Truphan Construction Ltd. is looking for an experienced Electrician.

Job details are as follows:

Location of employment: 5402 Teskey Road, Chilliwack, BC, V2R 5P7

Number of position: 1

Job Type: Full time and Permanent

Starting date: as soon as possible

Salary: $29.00 per hour, 35 to 40 hours per week

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience

Language: English

Tasks:
– Install electrical controls and panel boxes

– Replace and repair electrical controls and panel boxes

– Install underground wiring and cables

– Keep maintenance reports and documentation

– Splice, join and connect wires

– Test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults integrity of circuits

– Troubleshoot and isolate faults

– Connect power to audio and visual equipment

– Install surface mount and/or overhead cables

– Ground and bond electrical equipment, systems and structures including swimming pools and hot tubs

– Conduct preventive maintenance programs

– Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
