Job Title: Assistant Operation Manager

Job Duties:

·       Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations by having fully accountable and inspiring positive mindset.

·       Manage motel operations for smooth running of the food and beverage operations.

·       Recruit staff, provide training and oversee their daily work duties.

·       Ensures all appropriate documentation is completed

·       May be required to do the front desk duties and providing house-keeping support.

·       Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.

·       Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.

·       Assist in the oversight of the rooms division as required.

·       Set work schedules for the staff.

·       Involve in resolving customer complaints.

·       Financial management and leadership of the restaurant operation.

Job requirements:

·       Completion of high school is required.

·       University degree or certification can be an asset.

·       1-2 years of experience in relevant field.
