Job requirements:

Allocate
material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies
and programs
·
Authorize
and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff
positions
·
Establish
objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
·
Represent
the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the
organization, in negotiations or other official functions
·
Select
middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary
authority to them and create optimum working conditions
·
Conduct
performance reviews
·
Lead
and co-ordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development
of software and integrated information systems, process control software and
other embedded software control systems
·
Design,
develop and implement information systems business solutions
·
Provide
advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery
·
Develop
policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security
breaches
·
Develop
and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life
cycle

Experience/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
3 years to less than 5 years of related work experience
