Job Details

Provide care and companionship for two seniors over 65 years old.

Work minimum 30 hours per week. Work hours may vary depending on the health condition of the client that may require work weekend or night shifts when the care needs arise. Work hours can be adjusted based on real time situation. 

10 days paid leave after completing 1 year of employment.

Job Duties:

•  Provide personal care of two seniors, take them out for walks and shopping.
• Provide the companionship 
• Prepare the nutritious meals for both seniors, and assist to feed as needed
• Do the laundry and grocery shopping regularly
• Taking two seniors for daily activities such as walking, indoor or outdoor, playground and story time
• Light housekeeping such as vacuum and mop the floor, washing dishes and making bed, cleaning toilet seats and vanities.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home

Salary

CAD 22.20/hour

Min. Experience

Home support or caregiving or related experiences is required.

Mandarin ability an asset.
