Responsibilities
Tasks
· Arrange and coordinate conferences and other relevant events and train workers if required.
· Record and prepare minutes of meetings and conferences.
· Schedule and confirm appointments of the clients daily.
· Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
· Answer telephone and electronic inquiries and relay calls and messages
· Maintain both manual and computerized information filing systems.
· Greet visitors, determine the nature of the business, and direct them to the appropriate person.
· Compile data, statistics and other information to generate leads.
