Linos Construction is a Greater Vancouver based contracting company. We are seeking 2 Carpenters to join our team

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate 
Experience: At least 1 year
Salary: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour, 40 hours a week and overtime paid as per BC labour laws.

Duties:

·        Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools

·        Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials

·        Prepare tenders and quotations

·        Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems

·        Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware

·        Survey building locations and levels

·        Estimate costs and materials

Work Location Information
Office Location:3316 Wellington Ave Vancouver, BC V5R 4Y2. Work would be within the lower mainland area of Vancouver.
