Position Summary

·      Assist in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of steel structures including carports, garages, RV shelters, sunrooms, floating boat docks, steel pole barns, and more;

·      Follow instructions from supervisors and senior construction workers to complete tasks efficiently and accurately;

·      Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently;

·      Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites;

·      Maintain a clean and organized work environment;

·      Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times

Requirements:

·      Secondary school diploma or equivalent

·      Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required

·      Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labour for extended periods

·      Basic knowledge of hand power tools

·      Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

·      Willingness to work at different job sites

·      Ability to communicate in English
