Award-winning OEB Breakfast Co is looking to hire two Food Service Supervisors to join our growing team in Ambleside location. We are looking for people that truly love great food, have a passion for hospitality, and want to be part of great team that is focused on great quality, and making people happy.

Job Duties

·         Requisition food and kitchen supplies

·         Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

·         Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

·         Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation

·         Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

·         Prepare budget and cost estimates

·         Address customers' complaints or concerns

·         Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

·         Prepare and submit reports

·         Prepare food order summaries for chef

·         Establish work schedules

·         Establish methods to meet work schedules

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Number of Positions: 2 (Two)

Salary: $ 20 per hour

Job Type: Permanent employment, Full time 35-40 hours per week

Starting date: As soon as possible
