Job description:

Home Support Worker Program – Teer 44101

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated home support worker to provide personal care and companionship for senior client. Home support worker will provide care in the client's residence, where they may also reside. 

Responsibilities:

1.     Administer bedside and personal care

2.     Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene

3.     Assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk

4.     Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties

5.     Provide companionship

6.     Provide personal care

7.     Prepare and serve nutritious meals

Experience:

Experience is considered an asset but is not required.

Education:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Work Setting: Optional accommodation is available at no cost to the worker
