Responsibilities
Tasks
· Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence and invoices.
· Establish and implement policies and procedures, plan and control daily operations, budget and expenditures.
· Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
· Schedule and confirm appointments.
· Answer electronic enquiries, telephone calls and replies to emails and forward the emails to the respective departments.
· Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
· Arrange travel, and related itineraries and make reservations.
· Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
· Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information.
· Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
· Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
· Perform data entry.
· Provide customer service.
· Maintain and manage the digital database.
· Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
