Job Title: Supply Chain Supervisor

Location: Mississauga, Ontario

Job Type: Full-Time

Wage: $36.00 per hour

Job Description:

As a Supply Chain Supervisor at Neptune Global Shipping (Canada) Ltd., you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our warehousing operations. You will oversee the daily activities within the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective processes to meet the needs of our clients and support our growth in the cross-border e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Oversee and organize the activities of warehouse staff involved in shipping, receiving, and maintaining inventory.

·      Develop and implement efficient shipping solutions and maintain specialized transportation lines.

·      Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time, including FBA transit, local storage, and final delivery.

·      Supervise the operation of warehouse equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

·      Optimize warehouse space and maintain an orderly and accessible inventory.

·      Train staff on job responsibilities, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.

·      Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

·      Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

·      Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to warehouse activities.

·      Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and other warehouse activities.

Qualifications:

·      A minimum of a two-year college diploma program in business, supply chain, production, operations or manufacturing management, or a similar field is necessary.

·      A minimum of one year of experience in the supervised occupation is required.

·      Strong knowledge of warehousing operations, logistics, and inventory management is a plus.

·      Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

·      Proficiency in e-commerce software and Microsoft Office Suite.
